Terms & Conditions, Returns, Refunds & Chargeback Policy

Effective upon purchase

By accessing, purchasing from, or otherwise doing business with Puff Patrollers (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the customer (“you,” “buyer,” or “user”) expressly agrees to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and disclaimers stated herein. If you do not agree, do not purchase from Puff Patrollers. Sales to individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited (NO EXCEPTIONS/VALID GOV. ID REQUIRED).

All Sales Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, exchanged, or refunded, except as explicitly stated in this policy.

No exceptions.

Refund Policy — Defective Items Only

Refunds are strictly limited to items that are determined, at Puff Patrollers’ sole discretion, to be defective at the time of delivery.

A product is considered defective only if:

  • It contains a manufacturing defect present upon arrival

  • The defect is reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery

To request a defective-item refund, the buyer must provide:

  • Clear photo and/or video evidence of the alleged defect

  • Order confirmation or receipt

  • Proof of delivery date

Failure to provide complete documentation within the required timeframe automatically voids any claim.

Puff Patrollers reserves the exclusive right to approve or deny all defect claims.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for items approved as defective.

  • Buyer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs, including tracking and insurance.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

Unauthorized returns will be refused or returned at the buyer’s expense.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Used or altered items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Incorrect orders placed by the buyer

  • Shipping delays or carrier errors

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction for any reason

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Puff Patrollers is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked “Delivered”

  • Carrier errors

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer

All delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Protection

By purchasing from Puff Patrollers, the buyer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for any reason covered by these Terms.

Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy may result in:

  • Permanent denial of future service

  • Submission of this policy and transaction evidence to payment processors

  • Collection actions for recovered funds, fees, and administrative costs

Refund eligibility is governed solely by this policy, not by card issuer or third-party payment platform standards.

Waiver of Rights & Remedies

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by doing business with Puff Patrollers, the buyer expressly waives any and all rights, remedies, claims, causes of action, or legal recourse, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to:

  • Product purchase or use

  • Delivery or non-delivery

  • Refund, return, or dispute decisions

  • Alleged damages or losses

This waiver applies across all states and U.S. territories where permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Puff Patrollers be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages

  • Loss of use, loss of profits, or personal injury

Maximum liability, if any, shall never exceed the original purchase price of the specific defective item.

Indemnification

The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Puff Patrollers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of products or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and the buyer waives the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Policy Updates & Enforcement

Puff Patrollers reserves the right to:

  • Update or modify these Terms at any time without notice

  • Refuse service to any individual

  • Enforce this policy at its sole discretion
